  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chicken broth, onion soup mix, and garlic powder.
  3. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  5. About 30 minutes before serving, mix cornstarch and water in a small bowl and add to the slow cooker, stirring gently.
