- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, taco seasoning, bell peppers, onion, and cilantro.
