An indulgent twist on the classic spaghetti carbonara, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

Ingredients

  • 200 grams spaghetti
  • 100 grams turkey bacon
  • 100 grams chicken ham
  • 2 large eggs
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a pan, cook turkey bacon until crispy, then add chicken ham and garlic, cooking until fragrant.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Drain spaghetti, reserving some pasta water, and mix with the meat mixture.
  5. Remove from heat and quickly stir in the egg mixture, adding reserved pasta water to achieve desired creaminess.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra creaminess, add a splash of cream to the egg mixture.
