- 2 cups jasmine rice
- 1 can coconut milk
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 lime, juiced
- Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Combine the rice and coconut milk in a medium pot and cook according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and ginger powder.
