An easy and delicious appetizer featuring crispy wonton cups filled with a creamy spinach and artichoke mixture.

Ingredients

  • 20 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
  3. In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the wonton cups.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
