- 20 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup cooked spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichokes, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin and press a wonton wrapper into each cup.
- In a large bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
- Spoon the mixture into the wonton cups.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the wontons are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
