  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 package phyllo dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the spinach, ricotta, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Take a sheet of phyllo dough and cut it into squares.
