1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup crushed strawberry cookies or wafers
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
Add the egg and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
In another bowl, whisk together the flour and salt.
Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
Fold in the cream cheese until smooth.

Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
