  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cooked turkey bacon, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the French bread into cubes and place in a greased baking dish.
  3. Sprinkle blueberries and chopped turkey bacon over the bread cubes.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon, then pour over the bread mixture.
  5. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, flour, and melted butter to create the streusel topping, then sprinkle over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set in the center.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
