- 4 bell peppers
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
- In a skillet, cook the diced onion and garlic until softened.
- Add the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
- Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and top with cheese.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
