Delightful and simple stuffed peppers filled with turkey bacon and chicken ham, perfect for a healthy meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. In a skillet, cook the diced onion and garlic until softened.
  4. Add the ground turkey and chopped turkey bacon, cooking until browned.
  5. Stir in the cooked rice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  6. Stuff the mixture into the bell peppers and top with cheese.
  7. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and cover with foil.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
