  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes, drained and chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon until crispy.
  3. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the skillet, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
