  • 8 ounces beef sirloin, sliced thin
  • 8 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over high heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Add beef and shrimp; cook until just cooked through.
  4. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
