  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish
