- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 diced bell pepper
- 1 diced onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder

- 4 large flour tortillas
- ½ cup salsa
- 1 avocado sliced
