A creamy, flavorful twist on traditional chili featuring chicken and turkey bacon.

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1 can (15 oz) white beans
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  2. Add diced onions and garlic to the pot and sauté until translucent.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and cook until browned.
  4. Mix in the chicken broth, white beans, corn, and spices.
  5. Simmer for 20 minutes, then shred the chicken.
  6. Stir in heavy cream and crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Garnish with cilantro before serving.

Notes
