  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine beef, broccoli, soy sauce, oyster sauce, garlic, olive oil, sesame oil, and black pepper.
  3. Spread the mixture on a sheet pan and roast in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
