  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 cups peeled and chopped apples

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the sugars, eggs, vanilla, and oil.
