A deliciously indulgent baked burrata dish featuring turkey bacon and a medley of fresh veggies.

Ingredients

  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add olive oil and sauté garlic, cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and bell pepper until tender.
  4. Place the cooked veggies in a baking dish and add the burrata on top.
  5. Sprinkle chopped bacon over the burrata and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the burrata is melted and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with crusty bread.
