  • 1 medium red onion, diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 jalapeño, finely chopped

  • 1 avocado, diced

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shrimp and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
