- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and chop.
- In the same skillet, add olive oil, then sauté onion and bell pepper until soft.
- Add minced garlic and ground turkey. Cook until turkey is browned and cooked through.
