- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and garlic; sauté until softened.
