A hearty and flavorful casserole that combines the classic taste of Chile Relleno with the savory elements of turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 4 large poblano peppers, roasted and peeled
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy, then crumble it.
  3. In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, cumin, and garlic powder.
  4. Layer the bottom of a greased baking dish with roasted poblano peppers.
  5. Sprinkle cooked turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, and cheese evenly over the peppers.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the layered ingredients.
  7. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until set and golden.
