2 whole lobsters
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 shallot, finely chopped
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
Start by boiling the lobsters for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove the meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
