  • 2 whole lobsters
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling the lobsters for about 8-10 minutes until cooked. Remove the meat and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the chopped shallots. Sauté until translucent.
