- 4 breasts chicken
- 1 cup marsala wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Brown the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Transfer the chicken to the crockpot.
- Add marsala wine and mushrooms over the chicken.
