  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them in the skillet.
  3. Cook salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove and set aside.
