- 1 pound cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups tortilla chips, crushed
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, black beans, corn, taco seasoning, and diced tomatoes.
- Layer half of the crushed tortilla chips in a greased baking dish.
- Spread half of the chicken mixture over the chips and top with half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining chips, chicken mixture, and cheese.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
