1 pound ground turkey
1/2 cup turkey bacon, chopped
1/4 cup chicken ham, diced
1/4 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, diced chicken ham, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, soy sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, and chopped green onions. Mix well.
Form the mixture into meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
