1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 ribeye steaks
1/2 cup unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the steaks with the garlic butter mixture and let them marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Grill the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
Add the shrimp to the grill for the last 2-3 minutes of cooking, brushing with more garlic butter.
