  • 1 pound Italian sausage
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup spinach
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
