Delicious and easy-to-make peanut butter banana oatmeal bars that require just one bowl.

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a bowl, mash the bananas thoroughly.
  3. Add the peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract to the mashed bananas and mix well.
  4. Stir in the oats, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  5. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
