Delicious and easy to make, these Rotel Cream Cheese Sausage Balls combine turkey bacon with rich cream cheese for a delightful snack or appetizer.

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 cup biscuit mix

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground turkey, cream cheese, Rotel tomatoes, cheddar cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, and biscuit mix.
  3. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
