- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

- Wash the zucchinis and slice them into half-moons.
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop.
