  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin

  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice

Instructions

  1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the pork, rubbing it in well.
  4. Add the chicken broth and lime juice to the slow cooker.
