A quick and delicious stir-fry featuring teriyaki chicken and noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked noodles
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  4. Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrots; stir-fry for another 5 minutes.
  5. Pour in teriyaki sauce and mix well.
  6. Add cooked noodles and toss to combine thoroughly.
  7. Serve hot.
