- 2 cups pasta
- 1 cup chopped zucchini
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large pot, cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté zucchini and bell peppers until tender.
- Add spinach and cook until wilted. Remove from heat.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, vegetables, marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
